Weighing batcher for granular materials is intended for batching of granular materials in bags of "Big Bag" type.

Weighing batcher SWEDA DWS-301-1000-1 for granular materials is intended for batching of granular materials in bags of "Big-Bag" type.
Batcher for granular materials - Complement:
• weighing platform;
• frame with a loading hopper;
• hopper with a funnel;
• batching device;
• pneumatic actuator;
• ventilator;
• gate valve;
• control cabinet with the weighing processor.
Batcher for granular materials - Functions:

• automatic control of the batching process;
• indication of dose weight (bag)
• account and indication of total amount of bags
• link with the computer.
Batcher for granular materials - Operating principle:
The pallet with a bag is fixed on a weighing platform by hinges hung on hooks. The gusset is tightened on the loading hopper by the clamp. The bag inflate ventilator is turned on by the signal from the weighing processor and the batching of granular material in the mode "Low" - "High" is carried out. After the end of batching the lift truck raises the tray with the bag, the gusset is released from the hinge and the pallet is taken out from the weighing zone.
Further, the cycle repeats.
